Custom Telescope Cover

This 85'-0" high X 100' 0" diameter telescope cover is made of 28 oz. vinyl coated polyester reinforced blackout material, Eide Industries field measured, manufactured and installed the new cover.

The project was owned by the National Radio Astronomy Observatory, a facility of the National Science Foundation and operated under a cooperative agreement with Associated Universities, Inc.

Bob Sleigh Track Cover

These gigantic industrial "roller shades" were installed on a bobsleigh track to prevent the track's ice from melting on sunny days.

The shades are easily retracted for various reasons. The spring loaded rollers consist of a heavy duty 5" roller tube, an internal spring and a shade cloth made from industrial grade vinyl coated fabric.

The entire system was designed, field measured, manufactured and installed by Eide Industries, Inc.

Portraits of Hope Tower

The customer, Portraits of Hope, provided graphics painted on an industrial Herculite vinyl laminated fabric.

Eide Industries field measured the 165' high oil derrick to insure a correct fit, matched the 188 piece graphics images and quilted over 8,250 square feet of material with fiberglass insulation.
The entire project required 3 miles of sewing and over 4,000 #2 spur grommets.

This fully supported Air Beam Technology Tent was manufactured for use by the military.

Bellows
