SALES MANAGER
The Sales Manager will coach, train and supervise Account Managers to enhance the revenue and profitability of the corporation by meeting corporate objectives.

Service specific customers and markets.
-
Ensure the lead/prospect qualification process.

Present pricing consistent with current Company guidelines, formulas and pre-established product pricing.

Maintain consistent forecast accuracy throughout each revenue period, or calendar quarter at, or above 70% close rate probability.

Develop new business prospects and opportunities.

Perform outbound contact with potential customers.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Operations Manager will coordinate and ensure the process of a Customers Order is effectively planned and coordinated to meet both the customers and the Companys expectations. Responsible for the planning and coordination of the materials, schedule and production resources required to complete and ship a Customer Order.
Ensure that orders are processed and progressing through the Purchasing, Engineering, Project Management and Installation
Departments by proactively responding to questions to prevent delays and resolve issues.

ESTIMATOR
The Estimator will provide the Sales Department with accurate, competitive and timely budgetary pricing required to deliver a customers order.
Budgetary pricing will include the optimal costs for quality products and services that will efficiently improve operations, increase profitability and meet delivery time frames.

Provide timeframe required to deliver a project, including the design, manufacture and installation.

Estimate the cost of materials required.

Estimate the cost of labor required.
-
Provide estimating costs to
the Sales Department.

Provide timely design assistance to
the Sales Team.

Provide concept drawings as required to
the Sales Team.

Provide timely and accurate pricing for approved proposals.
-
Provide labor and material detail in standard format for all firm pricing.

Provide budgetary estimates within one business day.
-
Provide firm price estimates within three business days.

QUALITY INSPECTOR
The Quality Inspector will perform independent inspection functions of drawings, receiving and in-process materials, and fabrication, production records, and finished goods to verify conformance to specifications and customers orders.
