SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Eide Industries, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of Commercial Awnings, Canopies, Architecturally Designed Shade Structures, and Industrial Canvas Products. We are a growing company with 85+ years of experience in the Industrial/Commercial Fabric Industry.

We are searching for dynamic and friendly Sales Representatives who enjoy construction challenges and problem solving. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships while leveraging your construction knowledge to better serve our customers. This position will provide services to a variety of industries including but not limited to construction, property management, educational, entertainment, aerospace, government, healthcare, and other commercial clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through market research and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Review construction drawings and specifications to prepare bids/proposals for projects assigned to you.
  • Leverage your construction knowledge to advise customers on the best products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Occasionally attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.
  • Maintain Eide’s best interests in business dealings through professional and ethical conduct.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, with a construction background.
  • Awnings & Canopies experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel to customer meetings, job sites, and attend trade shows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
